Registered Architect (TAS & VIC), M.Arch, B.Env, B.Sc.

Raised in regional Victoria, Aaron’s curiosity for how spaces shape experiences began early, often found building cubbies in the bush and observing architecture on city trips. He first studied a Bachelor of Science at Melbourne University, where electives in architecture reignited his passion and ultimately led him to complete a Master of Architecture, specialising in heritage and residential design.

His career began in a heritage focused practice before he joined Matt Gibsons highly awarded practice, contributing to many crafted residential projects and becoming an Associate through his considered, place responsive approach.

Aaron’s process is exploratory and rigorous, challenging assumptions, sketching possibilities, and refining every detail with intent.

Beyond the studio, his love of making continues through woodworking, joinery and landscaping projects at home, often with his family by his side and the bush not far away.
